As an alternative to traditional project delivery methods, we offer the Design/Build approach which simplifies project delivery for the Client with one single point of contact. The Design/Build approach combines architectural, engineering, and construction services under one contract between the Owner and the Design/Builder. With a single point of responsibility resting with one entity, clients benefit from seamless cost, schedule and quality control while maintaining aggressive schedules, which traditional methods do not always allow.

Over the years, Richard White Sons has formed several collaborative relationships with architectural and engineering firms to perform a wide range of design and construction projects on a Design/Build basis, including institutional, corporate, manufacturing, laboratory, and pharmaceutical projects.
